What a character

With a storied career spanning over 50 years and hundreds of original fonts, type designer Georg Salden is one of the most significant and diverse type designers of our time. Since about 5 years LudwigType collaborates with Salden to digitize and produce his typefaces and distribute them through TypeManufactur.
To show the originality of his designs I designed a new webpage: What a Character is a simple site that provides a new way to look at typefaces. The site presents individual characters in an extra-large size, focusing on the beauty and detail of each outline rather than the entire alphabet. Of course, you can see the rest of the characters as well.
